Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies to designated locations within El Paso
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for route compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with El Paso streets
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for delivery verification and cash handling
