Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the El Paso area.
- Verify delivery information and obtain signatures where necessary.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks and dollies, adhering to safety protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and logging.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial vehicle.
- Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center.
