Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and medical supplies across Detroit Metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to meet tight deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading and inventory management
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
