Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, ensuring packages are secure and undamaged.
- Interact professionally with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Navigate efficiently through Virginia Beach and the surrounding Hampton Roads area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for logging stops and accessing delivery apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
