Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Chicago using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm order details with recipients
- Provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and timely updates
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Manage inventory and inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure operational readiness
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and maintain organized storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to operate box trucks, vans, or similar commercial vehicles
- Strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
