Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs at customer locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all packages are handled with care and secured properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and receiving signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Route planning and time management to maximize efficiency during your shift.
- Complete daily logbooks and digital paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
