Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in a professional manner.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle efficiently and securely.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using mobile apps.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every stop.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte, NC area and local streets.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with smartphone applications.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- U.S. work authorization (Citizen or Green Card holder).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
