Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Seattle
- Maintain perfect driving record while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage inventory and handle cash transactions accurately
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
