Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated locations within Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon package receipt
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize time and fuel
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery status and resolve any delivery issues
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized storage in the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics training is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Mesa, AZ area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
