Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to residential and commercial addresses throughout Baltimore City
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and payments accurately when required
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to operate box trucks or cargo vans (experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore City streets and navigation systems
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Customer service experience in delivery, food service, or retail
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for communication
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
