Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across DC metropolitan area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and order verification
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before/during shifts
- Utilize our proprietary mobile app for real-time order tracking and updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Complete all required documentation and digital reporting accurately
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to operate smartphone apps and basic GPS technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Must be 21+ years old for insurance compliance
