Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load, transport, and deliver packages to designated locations within Omaha metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status and issues
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution facility when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and maneuver packages safely
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications
- Must pass background check and drug screening
