Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail goods to customers across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for all orders
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Miami geography and major roadways
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company-provided equipment
