Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within designated NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes for maximum time efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver's License (Class E or higher)
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and street navigation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
