Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods within Jacksonville metro area
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville streets and navigation systems
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
