Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport goods to designated addresses in the Dallas metro area.
- Manage delivery schedules, ensuring all packages are delivered on time and in the correct order.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately log mileage, fuel, and delivery data into the company management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route planning.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred but not required.
