Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers across New Orleans
- Verify order accuracy and maintain food safety standards during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Operate company-provided mobile app for order tracking
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and cleaning
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must pass background check and drug screening
