Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Milwaukee
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Adhere to all company safety policies and local delivery regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic navigation knowledge of Milwaukee area
- Customer service experience preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
