Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Austin metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records for all assigned routes
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order confirmations and resolving delivery issues
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and undergo routine maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed, including order packing and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs with packages
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Professional communication skills and friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from our distribution center
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
