- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time deliveries across DC metropolitan area
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all safety regulations and secure cargo during transit
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
