Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers across Raleigh and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
- Uphold company standards for safety and package security
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/pedestrian areas
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app usage
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle if provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
