Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Austin using company vehicles
- Maintain GPS navigation and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide white-glove service with timely, friendly customer interactions
- Document deliveries via mobile app and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery technology
- Strong time management with punctuality-driven mindset
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Exceptional customer service skills with conflict resolution ability
