Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, packages, and retail items to customers within Philadelphia city limits
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards during all deliveries
- Accurately track and report delivery status through our mobile app
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery concerns promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery tracking app
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods preferred
