Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and medical supplies to customers across Chicago
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with warehouse duties including order packing and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
