Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or personal strength.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (tire pressure, fluid levels).
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and logs.
- Handle package returns or exchanges professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of navigation tools (GPS, maps).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
