Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver food, packages, and supplies to customers across New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for all orders
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and route changes
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures while maintaining inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and major thoroughfares
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
