Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of food, retail, and essential items using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS navigation system
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update real-time status in our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- NYC neighborhood knowledge preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Pass background and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
