Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Houston metro area.
- Obtain digital signatures and payment for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage for payroll and tax purposes.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation, scanning, and reporting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Houston, TX.
