Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensure all packages are loaded, unloaded, and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures where required.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during each delivery.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for scanning and logging.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
