Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and food orders safely and efficiently across New Orleans
- Maintain excellent customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Accurately track deliveries using our mobile app system
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to our Canal Street hub
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior delivery experience required
- Background check and drug screen required
