Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Houston
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking app
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Handle cash transactions and manage payment processing
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation and reporting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
