Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated addresses in and around Houston, TX, ensuring timely delivery.
- Verify delivery addresses and handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression of our brand.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the delivery vehicle and depot.
- Utilize handheld devices to log delivery confirmations, update route status, and manage paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping software.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
