Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across Houston metropolitan area
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and cleaning protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service with order confirmations and issue resolution
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and payment processing
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak hours for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages and navigate stairs/elevators
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
