Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Houston
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Handle package returns and exchanges according to company protocols
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and smartphone applications
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
