Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages on time and in perfect condition
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery speed
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures for all deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues immediately
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Washington roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 21 years or older
