Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Raleigh and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, including package handling inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery, courier, or commercial preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Pass background check and drug screening
