Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently navigate routes using GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine condition of packages during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Utilize our proprietary delivery app to update delivery statuses and communicate with dispatch
- Maintain organized records of deliveries and resolve delivery exceptions with problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for scheduled deliveries
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak delivery seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
