Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to designated locations within Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery inquiries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic tech tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Dallas Metro streets and traffic patterns
