Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food deliveries across Phoenix metro area using GPS navigation
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for inventory control
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt routes in real-time to meet delivery windows and traffic conditions
- Uphold company safety standards and traffic regulations at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix geography and traffic patterns
