Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial customers in the Fresno metropolitan area.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and organized at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and accurate handling of orders.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure accident-free operations.
- Manage delivery logs, receipts, and digital signatures accurately and on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Current state-issued ID or Passport.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and order management.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift packages for extended periods.
