Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Fresno area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and capture photos as required.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to update order status and track progress in real-time.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, resolving any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the vehicle to ensure safe transport.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology, GPS navigation, and smartphone apps.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision.
