Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated addresses throughout the Dallas metro area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made within the promised time window to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop, resolving issues with a smile.
- Verify delivery information and obtain digital signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Report any vehicle issues, safety hazards, or damaged goods immediately to management.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle suitable for cargo transport (if not using company vehicle).
- Proficient use of smartphones for navigation, communication, and delivery apps.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
