Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Houston metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years driving history)
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Houston metropolitan area
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
