Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Miami-Dade County
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet daily efficiency targets
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes for urgent deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and handle packages in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Miami area streets and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road
- High school diploma or equivalent required
