Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery information against the manifest to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a positive image.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after routes.
- Update delivery status and log times using the mobile application.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery windows.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (Commercial Class B preferred but not required).
- Clean driving record with no major infractions in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS applications.
- Must have a smartphone capable of running our delivery app.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
