Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the New Orleans metro area.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and route information in real-time.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately at the time of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (State of Louisiana).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
