Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Professional interaction with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper loading of the delivery vehicle.
- Verifying delivery addresses and obtaining signatures as required.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Processing paperwork and updates via the mobile app.
- Assisting with package pickup and drop-off operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License.
- Clear driving record (no major violations).
- Reliable personal vehicle (or company vehicle provided).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for tracking and reporting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
