Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Deliver goods to residential and commercial addresses efficiently and safely.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional and friendly service to all customers during deliveries.
- Route Management: Follow assigned routes to ensure timely delivery and optimize fuel efficiency.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working order.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and other paperwork.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Prior experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer skills for logging.
