Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and maintain proper paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for business use or possess a valid commercial license.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital proof of delivery.
