Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and company protocols
- Load, unload, and verify package accuracy at each delivery stop
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior daily
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Report vehicle maintenance needs or operational issues promptly
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
